Cancel Policy
Please understand that the majority of people coming to Lake Powell make reservations far in advance of their intended trip. When you cancel
a reservation on short notice, someone may have been turned down for that tour or rental. If you cancel two weeks or more before your planned date of pick up or tour, there will be no penalty. If you
cancel within 2 weeks to 1 day--you will be charged 25% of the entire reservation. If you cancel less than 24 hours from pick-up you are charged the entire amount of the tour or rental.
How we are different
Most companies charge you for the day they hold the product for your pick up. We charge one day as a "true 24 hours." For example:
If you pick up a kayak on a Tuesday at 4pm you need to return it by Friday before 4pm. You are charged for only 3 days (Wed/Thurs/Fri) not 4 days (Tue/Wed/Thru/Fri).
Deposits:
Rentals do not require a deposit. All scuba or kayak rentals are held with your credit card but no charges are made to your card until you
pick-up.
